      its really layed back and you get free lunch on shutdowns. the pay is pretty good for the area.

      poor poor poor management and no direction for the employees.

      Pros

      Balanced family -work life. Hybrid - 2 days in office and 3days working remote. Profit sharing after 1 year of service. Good insurance

      Cons

      Make sure that any information is tracked in an email. Arrangements and conditions to be discussed/confirmed through email as often as needed. Things seems to get twisted/forgotten often.
