      Free toilet paper every quarter

      Cons

      Use of technology, Welcoming new hires and new leadership, Management accountability, Working people to many hours and 6 to 7 days a week. HR isnt there to support the team members and are not honest, moral, or appreciative of people. They will quickly deny previously promised benefits. Etc.

      40 hours week instead of 35, which is standard Poor management Less vacations than average in comparable companies No leverage from management to implement initiatives They keep taking off benefits and advantages to the employees
