Not customer centric in outlook. C Suite needs to be shaken up with a non Quebec perspective.

They say they are family oriented. Not. I was a lead there for 7 years. I had a co worker who would disappear for hours at a time. When I brought it to his attention. He yelled at me and made me feel uncomfortable. This was the second time him and I had a problem. They said I was the aggressor because he told me to go get my husband and I told him to shut his mouth. End of story I got fired and he got to keep his job. He has jumped on 2 other ladies. Nothing was done. Also the union president is a company man so don't expect help form the union. It is supposed to be a 4 days on and 4 days off. But they are so short handed that you end up working 2 or 3 of your days off. This is a terrible company to work for.
