Lots of hard working people surrounding you, opportunities to move up in the company, and an enjoyable group of people to work with.

Cons

Honestly I can't come up with any downsides, most people we very friendly and went above and beyond to help you if you needed it.

Good dental benefits. If you like to work 24 hrs a day, seven days a week this is the job for you.

Cons

Expected to work or be on call 24 hrs a day, seven days a week. Maintenance is a nightmare on 1950's type machinery. Worst job E-V-E-R! Expect to never have a weekend off if you take a salary job at this plant. Not worth the money no matter how much they offer to pay you!
