Higher ups were condescending specially the CEO! He has the most undesirable attitude and everyone tries to avoid him! He insults us and yell at as if he didn't get the result he expects!

It's nice working with my friendly colleagues.

Cons

But it's not nice working with our toxic management. Our management is full of toxic people who think they're always correct just because they're part of the leadership. Employees here are overworked due to terrible delegation and overwhelming workloads. But the management doesn't do anything to improve things here.
