Pros

Easy going, low stress, good environment.

Cons

If you have much ambition, you are going to have a difficult time at Caselle. Outdated technology and practices and very reluctant to modernize. Family owned, and most of management positions held by family members that seem unwilling to make any changes and risk family problems.

Caselle is a great place to dig in and bite your teeth into the tech, government or accounting world.

Pros

Great co-workers. Great customers. I always had a very supportive manager/team that helped me grow and solve problems. Pay is a touch low, but decent healthcare, decent PTO, and a decent 401k help make up for it.

Cons

The company has been divided at times; each department feels fairly isolated. Not usually a huge problem, but if you are customer facing it can be a challenge to solve problems without a bunch of red-tape.
