Pros

Great People, Decently Busy. Customers are pleasant. Well known area. Hours were good. Very laid back dealership. Great Employee Benefits.

Cons

Make sure you get your pay plan in writing before you accept the position. Beware of having to do extra work without being compensated for it.

Pros

Some pros about this company is that they are really there for you. If there is ever a schedule issue, they try to work with you. Everyone that works there, even the customers, are very polite and really easygoing

Cons

One con I had with the company is that they want you to stay past 40 hours a week, basically doing an open to close shift every week. That became very strenuous, especially with everything that had to be done in my position.
