Pros

As many hours as you want, fast paced & variable situations requiring quick thinking. Many different shifts either in the kitchen or sales floor offer different jobs for different skill levels.

Cons

Strange situations, distant upper management that are hard to contact, coworkers & customers can be crazy. Always on your feet & moving.

Pros

Great customers and people experiences can be very intrinsically satisfying. Good first time management experience, great to get some entry level experience.

Cons

Lack of fluid management, contradictory management techniques. Terrible pay and benefits are lackluster. No attention to suggestions from Management on potential areas of improvement.
