Pros

Flexible shift, raises from here and there. Some opportunity for advancement. Benefits offered to even part-time employees.

Cons

It is one of your basic, low-paying jobs. Also, experience is going to differ store-to-store. My store was amazing to work for, where others had terrible reputations.

Pros

Company stability. Customers and getting to know them and them starting to know you. I had bankers hours and a set schedule. Although that is rafe.

Cons

No smoke breaks. No real breaks to speak of. Ugly hot smocks. Picking slack for lazy youngsters. Yep
