Corporate really needs to back off and let each store get there stuff done rather than yelling at store managers literally constantly and make it a more enjoyable place to work there pushing is only making things not get done the stress and overload prevents workers from wanting to work and lost on where to even start

Cons

They don't give a fuuuuck if you get sexually harassed/harassed, disrespected you name it. The handbook? Psh. Doesn't exist to them.
