Pros

Starting above minimum wage allowed for incentive to bring on the people to meet the high turnover rate

Cons

They show a complete lack of trust for their employees They also decided to make rules against eating "wasted" product and you are forced to throw it out or else you are fired on the spot.

Pros

Good food, in and out service, will visit with you. Variety

Cons

Some stores are not managed properly and blamed on employees, while it is fault of manager or area manager and they are covering it up. Inventory in some stores always out, some complaints not listen to and others are if person is well known. Training sucks.

Pros

Good Co-workers Little to no supervision Decent Starting Wage

Cons

Had to Buy most of the uniform Horrible Scheduling Manager The only way you could work is if you worked an 8 hour shift (I was in HS at the time, so this sucked)
