A paycheck make money not much though

Cons

- no one acts their pay - GM talks bad about every one behind their backs - so does the other 2 managers - no one does they job but expects everyone else to do it for them - they schedule the good people for a few hours a week - full time employees won't do anything but stand around - if your not part of their click you will not make it

Work/life balance at this company was one of the better ones from places I have worked, especially in a field where on-call is a requirement. Training and education of employees is also an important consideration from management.

Cons

This company has a significant number of individuals that have been with the company for 10+ years. While a testament to reliability in the market, this brings quite a few issues surrounding change and technology advancement. “The way we’ve always done it” rings out frequently. Overall mentality of senior leadership is lagging behind the times. The view that you must be at your desk for 8hrs a day to be productive and working provided some challenges, especially as a member of IT staff.
