Pros

Fun, relaxed atmosphere with coworkers. Work to keep you busy. Wage is decent.

Cons

As usual, there are downsides, some co-workers want others to do the work, some rude consumers, can get slammed that makes it hard to get work completed before end of shift.

Pros

The customers. They are the beat, managers dont have your back and anyone will stab you in the back first chance they get.

Cons

The management. They dont listen, never there and dont have your back. Regional managers are no different. Employee discounts are a joke. If you arent part of a clique they will backstab you.

Pros

There is no reason to work here ever! This was one of the worst job experiences that I have encountered. They say the customer comes first.. What a joke. They are more concerned with the never ending management meetings. Also, you get scheduled for 8 to 9 hour shifts with no break. I asked to to take a 5 minute break 2 hours into my shift, was told no, "you just got here" What? A anyway I would say proceed with extereme caution.

Cons

You basically get thrown into job role with minimal oversight. Everyone too busy taking smoke breaks and chatting or checking their phone.
