Pros

Only pro is that the turnover is so bad that some employees that may never make a decent living could be promoted to assistant manager or store manager just by showing over consistently and doing the minimum to get by.

Cons

Poor leadership from district and regional management. You work 24/7, to the point where your salary broken down to hourly matches your assistants or even veteran employees. Just kinda of all the worst things you could think about in a job. The smaller the town your store is in, the worse it seems. Not bitter, I just don’t quit jobs for any job that pops up. Took me a minute to find a good career path.

Pros

Easy job, if you have a good manager they're flexible with your schedule

Cons

The pay is horrid, most team members are super lazy and nothing is done about it, since only the general manager or higher can do anything about it, but won't confront anyone. Been at my job for almost a year, still never met the district manager or anyone else who visits twice a month, and I've seen them there they just ignore the peons.
