• Flexible scheduling if you’re in good standing with management. • Easy work tasks for entry-level employees.

Cons

• Management blatantly plays favorites. If you’re not part of their “inner circle,” don’t expect fair treatment or opportunities for advancement. • The focus is on staffing enough bodies to keep the place running, not on fostering a positive work environment or employee development. • High turnover because employees feel undervalued and overworked. • Training is minimal, and you’re often thrown into tasks without proper guidance. • Little appreciation for effort or hard work. Whether you go the extra mile or do the bare minimum, it doesn’t seem to matter as long as customers are served
