Outside store Management have no idea what they are doing.....

Pros

I was a Store Manager for 4 years, and loved the job and the store. The technology they employ is great, and simple to master.

Cons

All management above store level have no idea. The District Manager had never even worked in a store, the Regional Manager was too concerned with being the BOSS, And the Area Manager was absent, and had no idea who you even were. You don't matter to them, wouldn't recommend at all.

Fun place to work as long as you have people that want to work and enjoy their job.

Cons

I was a Store Manager for about 18 months and got about 2 weeks of training, and that was just a few hours a day to do books and paperwork. SMs are supposed to go-to a training store and get trained. My replacement was in the position for 2 weeks and got sent for training.

flexible with scheduling and abilities. managers are very flexible. Welcoming staff and fun co workers, great way to meet new people. Generally easy work. great part-time work for those needing income.

Cons

lazy management, little to no support from cooperate. work is very repetitive. high traffic area so customers can be difficult. almost always short staffed with ridiculous expectations from cooperate management.
