Pros

Flexible hours. Very social. Usually in a small town so you get to see and talk to alot of people. Makes time go by quickly. Good job for students. Good co-workers can make it so you look forward to your shift.

Cons

Don't plan to make a career out of it. Higher than normal workplace drama. I'd only work there 2 years max. Bad co-workers will make your life there miserable.
