It is a good starter job. If you need a job and are willing to work the hours go for it.

Pros

Casey's overall values and views are very positive. They lay a good foundation for a business that can provide a good product and good customer service.

Cons

Casey's as a company has good intentions. However, There are a few things as far as operations that cost them extra money as a business and decrease customer satisfaction. In my opinion they don't have rigorous enough training programs for employees at the "STORE" level. They don't empower their management staff to control labor costs etc. Otherwise they are a fantastic company.
