Casey's treats employees very well! Everyone is so kind and fun to work with! I love that everyone is invested in the success of our team as a whole!

Cons

At times, the amount of work can overshadow family time. It's not something that lasts forever, but it is tough.

Hard work and reliability are rewarded. Plenty of advancement if you have the right stuff. It is not for everyone.

Cons

There are plenty of downsides most of which are a direct result of being a retail customer service job. Inconsistency between stores.
