      Pros

      It has a certain feel for how family oriented it is. If one were to have open hours of avaliability it is enjoyable

      Cons

      I cannot enjoy its side effects of having to fill in almost every position and shift because someone wants to play hooky. It might as well be just as bad as Mcdonalds

      Casey's has great benefits for both full and part-time employees. They are continuously growing so there is opportunity for advancement. There is an extensive training program and support and guidance from all levels of Leadership.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons. Casey's offers a fast paced environment in which excellence is expected and rewarded.
