Pros

Being of assistance to make customers happy and want to come back.

Cons

Poor Management, No set schedule, Favortism, Corporate does not help employees with issues with management, bogus write ups that are not proven or warranted, and no way to defend your self, high turn over rate, no extra pay when training new staff and bullying, confidentiality broken to other store employees. Management expecting some people to do things but not expecting others to do the same.

Pros

The pay per hour was decent starting out, especially for a college kid working only in the summer.

Cons

The shifts were very long, some lasting 10 to 12 hours. There is a lot of pressure to be as fast as possible causing a lot of stress that is unneeded.
