Pros

Great customers and people experiences can be very intrinsically satisfying. Good first time management experience, great to get some entry level experience.

Cons

Lack of fluid management, contradictory management techniques. Terrible pay and benefits are lackluster. No attention to suggestions from Management on potential areas of improvement.

Pros

The paychecks come on time.

Cons

Let's see...Rules change arbitrarily according to the whims of management and area management, always attributed to "corporate". Certain employees, mostly male, allowed to do their jobs in half-baked fashion. Older employees who actually needed the job to live treated like garbage. Final straw was being forced to stay and cook with a 102 fever, vomiting, etc. Yes, cooking for the public with the flu. That's the day I quit, even though I desperately needed a job. I wasn't willing to spend any more time putting the public at risk, let alone breaking the law.
