Pros

Started out at $9.00 an hour which was great, as well as the small raise at 3 months, and again when I worked a lot of overtime hours. Discounts on food while on duty.

Cons

Over the nine months I have worked at the store, I have lost 7 coworkers that have all quit. There's around 20+ employees at this store and 17 are women, theirs just a lot of gossip and catty behavior, even from management. We had a pizza guy quit because he had a relationship with a few people on management. Long hours and breaks are highly discouraged because there's always something to be done. Honestly I'm done with getting in trouble every time I go to work for things I didn't do because no one wants to do their job. Scheduling is trash. Maybe its just because its a smaller town but I'm quitting.
