Pros

Casey's is an easy place to pick up a quick job...they are always hiring. The management was always looking for individuals who had potential to move up to higher positions.

Cons

Very overworked, lots of stress, employees were always complaining, no breaks during our shifts, poor training, way too much expected by kitchen staff for the compensation received.

Not everyone held accountable to the same standards. People calling off alot and coming in late not dealt with.
