Pros

Have a tendency to be short-staffed so you can usually get quite a few hours.

Cons

Upper management is duplicitous and honor their handbook when it best serves them. Do not compensate for work done.

Pros

Flexible hours, decent coworkers, discounts on food while on the clock, many locations, and the required uniforms aren't quite horrible.

Cons

Low pay. High expectations. Limited breaks, with extensive standing. Management ignores the physical limitations of employees. Management has no tolerance of unavoidable tardiness, no matter the situation.

Pros

A very positive small town feel to the job. Everyone is always welcoming and so helpful! I absolutely love it here.

Cons

Salaried store managers are required to work at least 45 hours a week. Usually ends up being more like 50-55.
