Pros

Company on the corporate level was well structured.

Cons

Worked way to many hours, sometimes double and triple shifts due to upper management not hiring assistant managers.

Pros

Getting to work with customers, mostly friendly co-workers, tons of work to do so keeps you busy throughout your shifts.

Cons

Too much work for too little pay, drama between younger employees, funding it necessary to pick up after others slack. Upper management doesn't have any vested interest in the store.

Friendly work environment and cooperative staff and management. The store was always kept orderly and clean

Cons

Some of the employees seemed not to care about their job. The overnight shift was difficult to adjust to for me.
