Great employees, bonuses are great if you have a successful store.

Cons

Salaried status as a store manager equals lower hourly rate than your employees due to expected hours. Supervisors in our area were very much steeped in traditional management theory (no teamwork, little respect).

Decent starting job for a high school student. Would not recommend working for very long unless you have a manager position.

Low pay, long hours, poor management crew. Would not recommend working there if you want better pay or benefits. Poor job overall.
