Pros

-Opportunity to make a lot of hours even as part time -Customers can be fun to work with -Coworkers can be fun to work with -Not a hard job -Veteran and National Guard/Reserve friendly

Cons

-Other coworkers only give 5%; majority of your work will be picking up where they slacked -Favoritism runs rampant. Majority of your time will be asking "How are they still employed here?" -Breaks are non-existent, especially kitchen and morning shifts -Managers are more like bosses, not leaders. Asked for a weekend off? Don't expect to get it. -Customers can be unbearable at times. -Raises don't come when promised. -Upper management don't care.
