      They work around your schedule, let you request off any day you need, coworkers are nice.

      People like to ask for days off and make you cover for them last minute

      Flexible shift, raises from here and there. Some opportunity for advancement. Benefits offered to even part-time employees.

      Cons

      It is one of your basic, low-paying jobs. Also, experience is going to differ store-to-store. My store was amazing to work for, where others had terrible reputations.
