Great Customers, great employees I manage, Great Pizza as well

Managers get some training but all policies and managerial duties are created by trail of fire

Get employee discounts on food purchased while on the clock

Cons

Not an opportunity to collect overtime. Has ridiculous expectations of things getting done in amount of time provided. Many times short handed in the kitchen to accommodate orders to be turned out in a timely manner. Should give employees a uniform allowance or provide uniforms due to the pay rate. Never been to an employee meeting that hands out pats on the back, just complaints of what you do wrong.
