Pros

Employee benefits are okay but not the best. They have been working a lot to streamline processes and training, maybe to rely more on tech. When I left they were just adopting automatic ordering… I took pride in how I ran the stock at my store and had fabulous matrix numbers. For a period of time being in top 50 of over 3000 stores.

Cons

Very corporate. They are a company similar to Dollar General. Use and abuse employees. I worked almost 3 months straight with no day off. I was so burnt out! I worked my ars off to be a top performing store but they wouldn’t put the work in to find me help. I went my first year not ever having a full management team. A whole bunch of chaos and a lot of highs school drama from 50 year old women with no teeth.
