Pros

Enjoy working with the public, and enjoy the job itself, I like to multi task and stay busy-there is usually always something to do.

Cons

Management allows some employees to call in or not do anything when they are there. They do not go over written warnings with the employee's, if they do write you up they leave it in an envelope for everyone to see so they know that you have one. If you are not doing what you are supposed to or do it wrong, they talk about it to everyone except the person that did it/or didn't do what was supposed to instead of let them know so it can be corrected. Also was told that I would get a raise after my evaluation then said it would come starting in January, but it still has not came.
