Pros

Getting to know the customers that come in daily.

Cons

Low wage,people not showing up,being expected to do more work then even the manager does. For such a big company you would expect better pay,benefits. Management thinks they are better then you and are not hesitant to show it. Not being allowed to barely go to the bathroom or take a break or even to sit down for a few minutes let alone get something to eat. I worked for this company for a yr and Finally got something better. Turnover rate was so high I was constantly training new people weekly.
