Very toxic work environment, gas lighting managers and general managers, never scheaduling enough people, low pay, customer abuse, being overscheaduled if the stores staff is low, work expectations are way too much for one person alone

You get paid less per hour than the cost of a large single topping pizza even after working there for 2 years (pay is NOT good), it’s honestly a joke compared to how much money the company makes off of you per hour. Corporate can be breathing down your neck depending on what store you go to as well, so be prepared for that. As always, you get a variety of customers as well so be prepared for anything.
