Inconsistent management from store to store. Low pay.

Benefits are great...pay is excellent for limited education...some of the coworkers are great to work with...it's like a family up in here.

Cons

Just some of the coworkers don't pull their weight...could get more accomplished if everyone worked their fair share.

Pros

Working with customers and employees is fun and fulfilling. Hourly employees are encouraged to work full-time with exceptional benefits. All that's required is to prove you are a hard worker.

Cons

As a store manager, I rarely found backing from my Supervisor. When she visited my store, she praised the cashiers and kitchen workers, but behind closed doors, was unsupportive and critical.
