Flexible schedule, decent management, make you feel like a person and not a number, high possibility for movement within lower positions to management

Poor training, loafing across the board, corporate disconnect, inconsistent expectations, company stagnant

Pros

I thought it would be convenient, since I lived very close to work.

Cons

Do not use the recommendations of the cash drawer system to return change to customers, it is consistently incorrect. Count it out yourself. Watch your back, new full timers are set up to lose if not all in management agree with their positions.
