Pros

No matter the economy people will continue to buy gasoline, buy donuts and eat pizza.

Cons

The pay scale is not as competitive as it should be but they do offer a decent benefit package for full time employees and even some part time benefits.

Pros

It's a job. That's about it.

Cons

Daytime kitchen help required to work at least 10 hour days, but you can rarely go home after 10 hours. Day kitchen forced to do prep work for other shifts. Management says Casey's rule is 2 fifteen minute breaks in a 10 hour shift, but only if all work is finished, which is impossible. Teenage help who are working for spending money given preferential treatment over adults who need to work to try and make ends meet. All this and only paid minimum wage.
