How about one word? Frustrating.

Pros

The lower employees are for the most part friendly and helpful. It's clost to home. It's an easy job if trained properly as to what is expected.

Cons

Different sets of rules for the same people doing the same job. Put down constantly by management. Doing 3 or 4 persons jobs. No pay raises in 1 year... not even a review.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to interact with some great customers. Casey's makes it easy to make sure all of the customers are pleased.

Cons

Any attempt at going above and beyond was ignored. Store management (in my case) had an odd way of keeping around unreliable employees if they were favorites.

meeting lots of people. very enjoyable

Cons

caseys doesnt believe family is as important as a persons family they make you work shifts that make impossible to have family time when you are a single parent.
