My district is great and does a lot of team building activities. Very fun and motivating.

Honestly, the only bad part is the call-ins and finding people to cover at the last minute.

Most managers pay was raised up to 47,500 a year.. Great customers, work experience, and staff, will work with you on family health problems/ fmla time, kind of. Some district managers willing and able to take calls or questions, if not in meetings.

Cons

Always on call and its your personal phone/cell phone, don't get paid for on call time, your the only salary manager so assistant/food service leaders can say no to coming in at anytime. bonuses go on a 5 point scale, if you work over 90 hours a pay period no over time cuz your salary, but if you don't make the 90 the pay you an hourly pay. Little to no training so if you mess up the write you up quickly, your bosses boss let's you know you're replaceable, they'll keep asking if you still want to be manager. Your vacation/fmla will still be spend either taking calls nonstop (without pay) or going in and working. There is no work life balance. Have to find own replacement for vacation time if no lower managers are trained yet or if you do not have any. Having to submit pictures on everything, or checking off numerous task list, and all the apps you have to down load on your personal phones.
