Pros

I like the store and they give everyone a chance. I like their high standards for customer service and presentation of the store.

Cons

Bakancing workload on shift can sometimes be difficult. With a constant stream of customers it can be difficult to stay on top of bathrooms, sales floor, & soda area.

Pros

Nice team members. Customers are great.

Cons

Not even close to competitive pay. Low hours. Hires felons. Promotes the people that dont work over the people that do. Offers promotions then pulls the rug. Will try to call you in almost every day, but wont schedule you more hours. Will NOT fire people that really need to be mainly due to attendance. Does not appreciate their employees or the work they do. As long as they get what they need they are happy, otherwise, they do NOT care about you as an employee.

I loved working at Casey's. The customers were always nice, the employees were nice, Management was great. Great community.

Poor Teamwork/few people did everything Lack of appreciation Management Doesn't fight for team
