The only pro really is benefits for full time

Way too much workload for the work expected of one person in a single shift. Say goodbye to a work life balance.

Pros

I really like working customer service...call me naive (I would, lol). It is a great place to create a positive interaction for the customer and to help them resolve issues as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Cons

The company's store management and hiring practices are a nightmare! There is too much to list here. The one thing I will say is if you want to feel like you did your job for the day, and accomplished everything required of you for your shift, this is not the place for you!!!
