Pros

Pay is decent, benefits are good- even at part time employment. Customers are loyal & friendly. The team is nice. Management seems nice.

Cons

Management pushes you into responsibility WAY too fast. I was trained to open the store for only 1 week before I was expected to open it all by myself. Then management got an attitude with me when I wasn’t ready for that type of responsibility yet. They make it obvious that they are frustrated with you when you don’t catch on to something immediately. And they talk behind everyone’s backs.

Not loyal to their employees. Don’t follow through their promises. Do anything to save a dollar, Including throw their employees under the bus.
