Great Salary Discount Program Insurance Customers and being able to get to know them on a personal basis

Cons

Being beaten down mentally by supervisors and the corporate office for minor things Being told you don't do a good enough job Calls,calls,calls 45+ hours per week, more like 145

Pros

Considering it was Iowa in a town with less than 1000 people, $10 was pretty good. Rent, food, and gas is definitely cheaper there.

Cons

Casey's was completely unwilling to give full-time hours when I started working there. It's understandable given full-time workers get all those expensive benefits, but even in a state where rent is cheap, 25 hours a week at $10/hr is not enough to live on. Especially in a small town with like 4 employers.

Pros

The employees are essential part in making a store great. The starting pay has gone up several time since I started.

Cons

The upper management keeps making constant changes, you might come back after a couple of days and have a rule that was just put into place change already. When working at a different store, the rules are not uniform throughout.
