      Didn't honor PTO

      Pros

      Most people seemed happy (but they were mostly analysts being billed as data scientists and engineers). They did offer bereavement PTO to someone else though; that seemed really nice.

      Cons

      Arranged to have a large amount of PTO instead of salary for family needs. When it came around to using it, even though PTO was in writing per offer letter, PTO was not honored. Resigned with less than 3 months, I think.

      Pros

      -The Castalia Systems executives genuinely care about their staff -Industry leading benefits packages -Hire professionals for a career and not just to fulfill a single need on a contract -Open door communication policy: the CEO, COO, CTO, etc will ALWAYS make the time to speak to any employee that requests it -The company is very flexible with employee needs -Company encourages employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance -It's not just a job, with Castalia Systems it's a career and you are made to feel like you are part of a large family.

      Cons

      -The only con is that I didn't join Castalia Systems sooner!
