Pros
Most people seemed happy (but they were mostly analysts being billed as data scientists and engineers). They did offer bereavement PTO to someone else though; that seemed really nice.
Cons
Arranged to have a large amount of PTO instead of salary for family needs. When it came around to using it, even though PTO was in writing per offer letter, PTO was not honored. Resigned with less than 3 months, I think.
