I worked for Castalia for about 3 years, during my time with the company I was able to build lasting professional relationships. The leaderships at this company is second to none, they will personally reach out ensure their colleagues are happy. The corporate environment they built is closer to that of a family, they encourage professional growth. I have personally built bonds that I’ll never forgot an I am truly grateful to have worked for them. This company put me in a better position in life and that is a fact!

I have worked at Castalia for about a year now. While my role is on the support side of the house, my background is in government contracting, and I can tell you that Castalia is doing it right. I have worked for companies of all sizes, and most of them were large companies where I was just treated as a number, but not at Castalia. They are a small business that is obsessed with keeping their employees happy. Their employees ARE their product, and Lindsey and Zach do not take that lightly. Their project managers and all support staff are top notch and always do their best to make sure their employees are happy, compensated well, given great benefits, and are always rooting for their folks to move up and grow. I cannot say enough great things about Castalia, and if you are reading this, I hope you have the chance to work with them as well!
