      The company genuinely cares about their employees and treats us fairly. They offer competitive wages and good benefits. Absolutely a great company.

      Pros

      The management has an open door policy and is open to communication with everyone anytime. Very easy to get ahold of anyone in the company to find answers, get help or collaborate ideas. Upper management and owners are very flexible and willing to work with everyone’s individual needs, they care about their employees. Have great team building events and holiday parties! Even though a small business they are able and have moved employees to other contracts even in other states, they like to retain their employees.
