Pros
Small company with a family atmosphere, they really take good care of their employees and often bend over backwards to put employees in the best position for success.
Cons
As a small company, you worry about their ability to move you to another position when your contract ends. In the current government contracting environment where each win is protested the ability to move from one contract to another can be difficult and a little nerve racking.
