Great people, most people are on the same page and want to be part of this newly combined company. Technology - its very good now, its going the be the best in the industry soon Management - mostly new, figuring it, realize people are what make this place and awarding in those who do a great job. Castellan is the merger of three companies (Assurance Software, Avalution and Clearview/BisWeb). Those mergers too place over the last 3 years and have resulted in significant change. Each of these business existed for nearly 15 years priority joining forces. At the same time, management and the private equity owners are focused on integrating the companies and driving growth. From an employees - the company is increasingly focused on exiting people who can't/wont work for a growth company and replacing them with folks who are growth minded. If you're a top performer and like being challenged, that is really welcome to see. For some people that have been around for a while, it's pretty scary. So overall - the pros are that the company is growth oriented, and really focused on doing right by our existing customers (whom are spread across 3 different platforms).
