Pros

Castellan had a great culture that was very people-centric. Despite being a roll-up of Avalution, Clearview and Assurance Software, the company still felt very close-knit. Its dedication to and love for its legacy customers was genuine and the people were extremely capable and highly skilled.

Cons

As a roll-up, things were always a bit chaotic, but such is the nature of change. At times it felt as if we were building the plane mid-flight. As a result, there were myriad processes that were disconnected and at times information was difficult to come by.

Pros

I had a great opportunity to attend the company Sales Kick Off in March 2022. Although it was tailored towards Sales team members, I really learned a lot about our company, the sales process, and developed more leadership skills during the workshops I participated in. Numerous employees from across the U.S. and the U.K. came down to Atlanta to participate and it was wonderful to meet and greet with everyone I have been interacting with virtually. I felt very welcomed and included which is how I feel everyday working here at Castellan.
